I'm a bit of a mixed bag- science nerd, social activist, amateur athlete (mostly running and biking these days), obsessive reader, foodie and craft beer lover. I spent many years backpacking the globe and working offshore on fishing boats and seismic boats. I am working my first "land job" while trying to make sure I still live the good life.

Dlaczego jestem na Couchsurfing

I finally have my first house and a somewhat more stable, rooted job for the first time in my life. I still like to travel but my trips are shorter these days now that they depend on things like "vacation days" so I see opportunity to explore some more of my adopted country- maybe do some couch surfing? I also like the idea of hosting some fellow travelers in their wanderings now that I am in a position to do so.
