Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm looking for a cheaper way to travel, that will take me a little off the beaten track, to meet new people and have new experiences delving into the culture rather than tourist attractions, though I'd like that too! I also want to experience different types of living and get to know the couchsurfing ways before I host myself, but I do want to host at some point too.

I have climbed the Sydney Harbour Bridge at sunset.
I highly recommend doing this if you get the chance - its absolutely breathtaking.
