About Me
Hello! I am traveling with my partner on our summer vacation - we are both Canadian teachers on the hunt for some adventure; after a couple years of being starved of travel, we’re here to try new food, learn a thing or two about culture and history in this part of the US, and do some partying and seeing live music! We miss having the most amazing time meeting new people, and seeing/experiencing new things. Hope we get to meet you as part of it!

Music, Movies, and Books
Find me dancing to anything from rap to deep house to Afro caribbean music, to being in the middle of a mosh pit at a punk show
He watches probably at least 5 films / week and I used to be more at like 5 films per year 😂 but I’m getting better and do appreciate good movies.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Slept in a cave for a few days with a homeless dude who turned out not to be homeless if you ask me, as he had a million dollar open concept view and breeze overlooking the Atlantic from the Algarve ;0
What I Can Share with Hosts
My curiosity, thirst for adventure, and knowledge about my diverse local cuisine (I’m ethnically Chinese, born and raised in a city with a large immigration population in Canada, with parents who were born and raised in Southeast Asia).
Chris, my partner, is jerk of all trades, an encyclopedia of knowledge, an excellent orator, and an avid outdoorsman. He’s big into skiing, paddling trips, backcountry and slack country, drumming, sailing, movies, and cooking.
