我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I used to live with over 120 university students in a cooperative house. Once a week I helped to make dinner. It was an incredible challenge trying to satisfy everyone's different palates and food restrictions, but it was one of the most enriching experiences I've had. I learned how to cook nutritious yet satisfying (mostly vegetarian) foods, such as tofu, bean sprouts, lentils and tempeh. But more importantly, I experienced how food brings people together.
