Overview
About Me
Currently living in Seattle, and pretty jazzed about it.
I adore reading and writing and long conversations. I'm extremely fascinated by other cultures and their history. I'm hoping I can combine all these traits into writing and interviewing people about human connection.
I want to travel all over the world. At the moment I'm working hard on becoming fluent in Spanish - I can carry on a conversation, but no guarantees it will be in the right tense - ha.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I love meeting new people, going on adventures and having deep conversations (or mini existential crises). I've met a lot of wonderful people through couchsurfing and obviously want to continue to do so! Travel is such an amazing common ground, and travel stories are often the most ridiculous/hilarious/best to share.
Interests
I love bright colors, Spanish, architecture, improv/comedy, finding places off the beaten track, meeting people, languages, castles, traveling, live music, dancing, eating, nights out, pretending I can knit and cooking (though Im a bit crap at it...but learning!), new hobbies, anything that sounds fun and exciting!
One day I hope to retire to somewhere in Latin America (exact location tbd), own some llamas and an aquarium in my yellow hacienda, and hang out on the beach.

Music, Movies, and Books
I adore reading of all kinds, I try to read at least a bit everyday. Books with a lot of detailed nuance on the human experience are my favorite.
Music..I love live music, it's an incredible high. I like a lot of indie folk, rock, pop and electronic. A touch of bluegrass, hip and r&b. Pretty much any type of music with a good beat and intriguing lyrics. I also enjoy a lot of Latin American music and pretending I can dance salsa.
I'm generally fairly crap at movies, but comedies and/or those that make me reevaluate the world around me are my favorite.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Too much amazingness to list.
