Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I have been on the couch surfing site for a few years, but have never actually used it so this summer will be my first time! In the past I've used Airbnb and stayed in hostels while traveling, but I thought I would like to try out Couchsurfing for a few nights on my next trip to Europe to see how I like it! I have heard from friends that it's a great way to meet and connect with locals and do something off the beaten track.
