I'm an Australian born Chinese from Melbourne set to seek out what the world has to offer. My optimism and curiosity often leads to sticky situations, but hey they make the best stories!

I studied university at RMIT in Melbourne and have a background in accounting and banking, but that's all in the past and I'm currently on the road seeking the next adventure.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm quite new to couch surfing so I have no idea what to expect. It seems like a great way to meet some like-minded people, who will share stories of their travels and inspire my next destination.

I'm into almost all music apart from dubstep, heavy metal and screamo music. At the moment I'm particularly fond of music by Australian artist, Matt Corby.
Too many to choose from, but some books and films include: The Alchemist, Shoe Dog and Big Fish.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Accidentally walked across a frozen river through the Chinese - Russian border, only to be escorted back by Chinese military... and didn't get deported.

Teach, Learn, Share

I dabble with guitar, photography and language learning. If anyone is interested in learning English or basic Mandarin/Cantonese I'll always be happy to teach.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can share unique insights into travelling in the Asia Pacific, especially China and Australia. I'm also a pretty decent cook (not including 2min noodles).
