Overview
About Me
I was born and raised in small-town New Hampshire and moved to Montreal when I was 18 to go to school at McGill University. I studied Philosophy, Math, and Physics and graduated two years ago. I have stayed in Montreal since then, working in cafés, bars, and restaurants. I just moved out of Montreal in June, as I am beginning my PhD in philosophy at UChicago this fall. I'm a very gregarious guy who plays loads of baseball and softball, likes to play music, and very much enjoys a good pint.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I'm hanging out in Europe for about six weeks before moving to Chicago to start school. I have a fairly limited budget, and I feel that the best way to get to know a place is just to spend time with the people who live there. I've heard only the best things about Couchsurfing hosts, and I would love to meet some of you and stay on your couches for a night or two. I will be sure to repay your generosity with all the courtesy and friendliness I can offer. :)
