After school I went straight to university, and from there straight into a corporate job. I did that for 8 and a half years but I could not stop thinking about travel. I finally got up the courage to take a step into the unknown and leave my job to go travel. I want to meet interesting people along the journey and I think Couchsurfing is a great way to do that.

I love lots of different types of music. Irish music, rock, rap, house, techno, jazz, grunge, metal, pop, etc.
Adore film, would watch most anything. Have a love for crime, sci-fi and fantasy films.
Avid reader, reading a fantasy series at the moment, as well as a book about mental health.

I competed twice in boxing fights which was a great source of pride for me to get fit and dedicate myself to a tough physical and mental test.

I also qualified as a yoga teacher which was one of the most rewarding things I’ve ever done.

I’d love to know more about local dishes anywhere that I go.
I would be keen to learn more about growing food, DIY and just listening to any interesting stories people feel like sharing :-).
I’d like to do bouldering with hosts if they like to do wall-climbing

In exchange for hosting I am happy to buy some food and cook a meal, or pay for food out in a restaurant.
I can teach how to cook, I have some skill.
I can teach how to bake bread, I used to make sourdough loaves.
I have intermediate French that I would be happy to share.
I am fluent in English and have beginners Irish and Italian.
I can play the tin whistle and I used be good at the musical keyboard when I was younger.
I can teach some science or maths if people have an interest.
I can also teach yoga, fitness, boxing.
