Hi! My name is Stephen, i was born in Hoofddorp, the Netherlands in the summer of 1989. As a kid i was always interested in technology and i decided to make a living out of it. I really like nature, visiting places around the world and experiencing the different cultures. I'm a very open-minded person and i always make an effort to make somebody feel at home.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I think it's a good platform to get to know people from around the world. I have friends from all over the world (India, Russia, Brazil, Germany, Australia and Egypt) and i would love to add more countries to this list! My friends also have a good experience with Couchsurfing so i would very much like to join in this experience.

Interests

I really like traveling, cooking, gaming, fitness and more recently (salsa) dancing. I always like to try new things so i'm pretty open to anything. I think having a good time really depends on the company you're with so it can be the best evening in the world when you simply watch a movie with amazing people.

Music, Movies, and Books

I like a lot of different music, but mostly i listen to 70's/80's/90's rock music, Kensington, electronic music such as orbital, tiesto, avicii etc. My favorite book is the Shining by Steven King. My favorite movie of all time is Armageddon, but Office Space is a very good second.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I think for now this would be cliff diving. Scared the crap out of me but it was a very awesome experience!

Original thai cooking and friendly easy-going company :) If you happen to have a volkswagen golf 1, 2 or 3 i can probably also help you out with car trouble (maybe also with other cars but that depends on the problem). Of course anything IT related should be no problem, and i'm always happy to lend a hand.
