Overview
About Me
Quiet, clean, adventurous, empathetic - constantly thirsting to connect deeply with others, striving to maintain inner equilibrium, enjoying the blessings of this world without being consumed by them. A few years ago life looked like I had found a partner to settle with and begin a small homestead farm in Tennessee. When life took a different path, I needed to do something bold. So I decided to come to Australia to open a new chapter, and have been absolutely loving the experience thus far. I miss my ukulele, though.. it's back in the States..
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Traveling to new lands and the experiences we have in them can be wonderful for the soul, but it's all about the people we meet and the moments we share.
Interests
I'm not very good at explaining myself. I'm a simple bloke who enjoys the simple things in life - preparing a fresh meal, eating well, deep laughter, the primal satisfaction of quenching one's thirst during a day's labor when the water is sweet, who appreciates the finer things while simultaneously yearning for the pure and simple essence of it all. I'm very skilled at composing sentence fragments as well as fully articulated thoughts.
