I'm travelling Asia as part of a desire to explore, learn a new language, get some local knowledge and enjoy great food - where better than Couchsurfing to do this?

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Left my career in finance and sold/gave away most of my belongings to travel Asia and find a path that is truly fulfilling. This started with a 6-week stint living and training in a Bangkok Muay Thai camp.

Enthusiasm for trying anything new, some amusing (hopefully) experiences and nutrition and fitness advice for anyone that wants it.
