I'm Stephen (34 from London) traveling with my girlfriend Silvia (26 from Venice). We've just finished a two month road trip around the US, a trek to Everest Base Camp, and now we're traveling around SE Asia.

I've worked mostly for NGOs in the refugee and international development sector, after studying International Relations and Middle East Studies. I'm also an outdoors activity instructor having qualified as a Mountain Leader, Raft Guide, Paddlesport Leader, yachting Day Skipper, and halfway to becoming a Rock Climbing Instructor and Mountain Bike Leader.

Silvia is an ER/intensive care nurse, who's worked in the UK after studying in Italy and on the Erasmus programme in Finland. She's also a keen writer, photographer and dancer. We're both outdoorsy types who love the mountains, but equally happy on beaches or cafe hopping in search of good food and coffee 😋

Together we are taking a year out from work to fulfill a shared dream of traveling around the world.

We're both fully vaccinated.
