Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

I traveled to Nicaragua with a non profit group called Surf for the Cause. The goal of this non profit is to improve communities in rural coastal towns by building rec. centers and homes. The organization has grown since I attended this particular trip where we literally bought a ton of food and hand delivered to a community of people living at a town dump. These people had absolutely nothing. Men women and a lot of children all living at the dump. Everyday this community waits for local dump trucks to unload where they dig though waste for food scraps and things to sell for money. To help these people out in our small way and just for a few days, was a life changing and eye opening event.
