My goal is obviously to travel as much as possible, but that's the same for everyone isn't it? More than the actual travel though I want to meet people. I want to meet people from all walks of life and hear their stories, their triumphs, and their experiences. You learn so much about yourself when you meet new people and expand your horizons.

I'm friendly, outgoing, always up for a chat and a laugh, and I love meeting new people, and discovering new cultures. Over the past few years I've seen more of Europe and the world than I could have ever hoped for, and it's led to some great experiences, my favourites are those nights that just suddenly happen, unplanned, those are the moments you don't ever forget!

If I had to sum up my thought pattern when travelling it's probably this: try everything, don't stay in your comfort zone because you never know what might be waiting round the corner!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I made it my challenge last year to get out of my comfort zone here in England and go travelling to different countries on my own, I've been doing that for the past year and a half now and it's been amazing! I've met so many amazing people and had some unforgettable experiences, like skinny dipping off the coast of Helsinki and salsa dancing in Stockholm, and I want to have more experiences like this, which is why I love Couchsurfing! Because it allows you to meet local people who can show you all the amazing things that the tourists don't see.

Interests

I play the guitar and piano, which I always love to do when I have a spare moment as it helps me to relax. I also love to play sport; like football, rugby, and cricket.

Languages are a big passion of mine, I only speak 2 languages myself (English and Spanish) but I find other languages and accents so fascinating, which is one of the reasons I love travelling so much I guess.

I can cook some pretty good English dishes if I do say so myself, especially cottage pie, mmmmmmm. I am always happy to help out around the house as well with cleaning and washing up if needed, and I can play you some music.. if you happen to have a piano in your house ;) ha.
