Overview
About Me
I got married recently which is a really momentous live accomplishment. I've been living abroad ever since I finished University. I really enjoy crossing cultures and learning new things and seeing new ways of life. I drink coffee everyday and I eat a lot of food. I ride a bicycle to work.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I used couchsurfing several times back when I was travelling by myself. It was a really great way to get around on a budget and meet local people. Now that I have a substantial apartment, I'm happy to host.
Interests
I'm generally very interested in anything new or curious. I love to meet people who have entirely different perspectives on things as long as they're not narrow minded. It's eye-opening and challenging. I enjoy a good challenge.

Music, Movies, and Books
The list goes on and on.
For movies, while I enjoy the action flick or the comedy, my favorite movies are the ones that challenge my thinking and emotions.
With music, I enjoy really anything I feel is creative and sends a strong message or emotion. That said I usually avoid top 40's or repetitive, meaningless pop.
For books, I love Jon Steinbeck, classic American author. But I enjoy any creative literature. Particularly prose.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
There's a handful but I think hitch-hiking across Romania is high on the list. I've never seen a more beautiful country side.
Teach, Learn, Share
I'm a young American man and often I just feel like a sponge of knowledge. I'm happy to converse on any given subject. I also have numerous stories I'm happy to tell.
