ABOUT ME

I am a trustworthy, kind and non judgmental person. I appreciate the simple things in life, but I am also very well rounded, spontaneous and thrill seeking. Having left home at a young age to pursue a soccer career, I was able to develop an appreciation for culture and diversity. My mantra: "Truthfulness is the foundation of all human virtues."

PHILOSOPHY

I don't believe anyone's philosophy is original nowadays thanks to all the amazing minds in the world, so I cannot take credit for this, but I believe in the oneness of humanity, and the only way to achieve equality is for people to start making changes in their everyday lifestyle and live by example. Through this, proof of equality will surface, and others will be inspired to do the same. "Do not be content with friendship in words alone. Let your heart burn with loving-kindness for all who may cross your path."

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I ask for nothing but the opportunity to meet and learn from new amazing people by sharing our stories. I love this world, and I love the people in it. Like I said before I am well rounded, I play guitar, I had a short career in soccer, I speak three languages, I'm well travelled, and I am honestly open to anything. I never say no to an opportunity for adventure, with reason of course.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

So far my experience, although limited to just a few encounters, has been extremely wonderful. I've made lifelong friends and opened up many doors to future possibilities. I look forward to many more couchsurfing experiences to come.

兴趣

I love music, in almost all forms. I am a singer/songwriter and play guitar, ukulele and harmonica. I also love all sports, and any forms of physical activity. I constantly spend my time looking for the next challenge, or opportunity for growth. I am truly interested in culture, community, humanity and most importantly spirituality.

I think the arts are beautiful in all forms. My favorites are constantly changing, but I'm most interested in movies, music and books that inspire and have a positive message.

I have lived in the ghettos of Santiago, Chile, in the suburbs of Munich, Germany, and pretty much everywhere in between thanks to a 7 year soccer career.
After 3 years of University I decided to take advantage of the freedom of the mid twenties and am currently on an extensive road trip across North, Central, and South America, living in my 1995 Buick Century Wagon for the first 9 and a half months. I am now living out of a backpack and continuing south.
