ABOUT ME

Up until the beginning of this year I had no interest in travelling. I liked my desk, it was comfy.

However with a couple of changes in my life came a change of perspective and I've fled the comfort zone. And I love it!

Interests

I played rugby from when I was tiny till I was 18, then switched to martial arts.

I used to spend the majority of my spare time acting before having to devote time to the pursuit of geekery to get through my degree course. I'm completely unashamed of my interest in computers and programming.

I play the bass guitar, cello and a few other things. These are about the only possessions I've really missed since starting travelling.

My musical tastes are sprawling though I'm rock and metal at heart. I make forays into jazz and reggae and classical and indie and trance and almost anything you can mention - but I always need to touch base with rock/metal every now and again.

I spent a few years running drinking games and social events for my university martial arts club. I'm thoroughly addicted to it.
