I am a recent college graduate from San Francisco California. I have been so fortunate to have the opportunity to travel to some different parts of the world and am always looking to travel to new ones and go on new adventures. I am currently planning a trip to Iceland, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Germany, and the Netherlands which will take place between February and April of 2016. I am currently pursuing a career in marketing and entrepruesghip and will be starting at LinkedIn in April of 2016.

Considering I have never actually couch surfed before, and thus have no references yet, I would be happy to Skype with potential hosts + couch surfers so that you can meet me first :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am always looking to travel to new places across the globe and meet new people. I have heard many good things from people who have couch surfed or hosted couch surfers before and so I thought I should finally take advantage of couch surfing for my upcoming trip to northern Europe! Although, I am not currently able to host individuals I hope to be able to in the near future!

Interests

I am very passionate about music. Although I have tried and failed multiple times to learn an instrument, I am always listening to new music and finding cool concerts to go to.

I am also very interested in new ideas and perspectives. I enjoy learning from those around me and gaining new perspectives in life. From talking about new ideas for companies, to discussing political and cultural systems I am always down to open my mind to new perspectives in life.

Finally, I love to play pretty much any sport from ultimate frisbee, to soccer and baseball. I love to run and am starting to train for my first marathon.

I am always listening to music and hit over 220,000 minutes on Spotify this past year. Some of my favorite artists currently are Tame Impala, Manchester Orchestra, Arctic Monkeys, Sigur Ros, the Beatles, Bruce Springsteen, Regina Spektor, Marina and the Diamonds, and Daughter.

My favorite movies include Lost in Translation, Good Will Hunting, Short Term 12, Room, Silver Linings Playbook, and Scott Pilgrim vs the World.

My favorite books include 11/22/63 by Stephen King, Open by Andre Aggasi, and the Big Short by Michael Lewis.
