Music, Movies, and Books

I've read almost every genre of book that exists (I go through phases of interest), the last few years though I only read to learn..so almost no novels, unless they are set somewhere I know nothing about, or are historically informative. A lot of travel books, philosophy, psychology, spirituality.

- Climbing to the top of the Aiguilles de Bavella in Corsica alone
- Crossing the Thorung La pass (5416m) in Nepal (the Himalaya ♥)
- Taking part in a sweat lodge in Ojai California
- Taking part in a Spartacus Run (Belgian equivalent of Tough Mudder)

Teach, Learn, Share

I am really interested in psychology and alternative medicine, so I know a fair bit about that...and various somewhat more esoteric theories and practices. I would be happy to provide interested CSers with more information or discuss these topics :) Ooh I love to bake! I can teach that :) And meditation. And fire-building.
