Overview
About Me
Only started to develop my interest of reading when I was 20, and reading helps expand my curiousity about the world thus I started to want to run away from the city I am in and travel to other places which can possibly offer me a wider perspective of life.
Still stuck in a life working in the corporate world full of politics and concerns about monetary goals. Working in an environment filled with people from different SEA countries only strengthen my desire to want to travel around (especially to SEA countries) and see what people in every corner of the world really need to make their lives better, instead of only believing what I already know.
The phrase
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Main reason is BECAUSE I DON'T HAVE ENOUGH MONEY TO GO TO ALL PLACES I WANT TO GO TO.
Of course meeting people and understanding local culture from an insider perspective is better than me reading things one-way from the internet. Getting to know people with common interests is also a joy.
Also, couchsurfing is a platform which gives me faith in humanity, let's hope I won't be so "lucky" to get a scammer-host.

People-Watching
Want to be hosted by someone who does not share only the normal travelling information that can be found online but more on how the locals' daily lives are like. Better if you can teach me some basics of languages I don't already speak.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Amazing?
Is saving a cat from the drain after having phobia for cats for 20 years something amazing?
No, I am not as interesting as 80% of the surfers here, I am sorry.
What I Can Share with Hosts
If you don't mind my not-so-amazing cooking, I can make you breakfast including onion omelette and... dodgy mashed potatoes.
I am also able to provide some Malaysian's 3-in-1 coffee to you if you haven't already tasted it.
Of course more than happy to share about my travelling experiences from Thailand, Taiwan, and Singapore. If you have time, we can discuss about how countries so close geographically have entirely different cultures and ways of living.
