Overview
About Me
Trying to break out of my former live and become a super hero.
I enjoy taking pictures, making music, building apps, conquering mountains and creating that kind of stuff that gets featured on hackaday.com
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I really love the kind of people who do couchsurfing and always try to attend couchsurfer meetings wherever I am.
Have slept on a couple of couches, some of them found on this site. Showed a couple of people around in the city. I live with 36 other people and we sometimes have couchsurfers over… often hosted by my roomies, however.
Interests
Sport climbing, ski mountaineering, snowboarding, playing guitar, singing, photography, programming, tinkering, watching tv shows.
Currently building a synthesizer; trying to add WiFi support to the Ikea lamps I made dimmable.

Music, Movies, and Books
Filling this out will take too much space and distract from the rest of the profile, so I'll keep it extremely short: The Big Lebowski, Futurama, Community, 30 Rock, The Eels, The White Stripes, The Beatles, mostly non-fiction and Swiss or German authors.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
10 days camping and fly fishing in Yellowstone.
Teach, Learn, Share
I play the guitar and would gladly teach some basics :-)
I made a snowboard instructor course some years ago (but haven't really been teaching since and might have lost most of my methodic skills) I also ski. And climb.
And of course, I know lots of maths and am a good programmer ;-) And I speak German.
I would love to learn some more things about photography and any kind of design. Improving my guitar and piano skills or my voice would be nice, too. Or maybe learn to dance.
