Life is a journey of lessons, learning and meaning. I study it closely and am learning everyday. I like to reflect and work out through action how we can take this world forward. At times life can be challenging and the issues the world faces overwhelming, but we are all in this together and we all came here to help each other.

Health is important to me so I love good healthy food and being active. When the weather permits I love cycling, walking, and river or sea swimming. I love nature and being in it; experiencing mountains, rivers, birds and trees; and then to be still to enjoy it's sheer power, beauty and magnificence.
