I grew up like a typical Average Joe. Finished school, finished my degree, started working, bought some assets, continued buying more assets.. and then figured out that I've missed the an important part of my life - becoming a citizen of the world.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Like a Big Mac bought in Cape Town is similar to one bought in the USA, a 5*/4*/3* room at a South African hotel franchise is too similar to another on the other side of the world to even notice that you're in a different place.

Instead of looking for consistency i'd prefer to soak up the local flavor and couchsurf.
