I've been an artist my whole life but no longer content to be trapped at my easel, drawing table or computer, for the past few years I've sought ways to practice art more collaboratively and presentationally. I perform instant caricature drawings at parties, charity events and corporate functions, I've also enjoyed leading paint party events. Teaching people how to go from "I can't paint!" to "Wow, I did that???".

I've also recently started giving bike tours of Philadelphia through AirBnB Experiences--but that's highly weather dependent.
This summer I'm planning on working with kids in summer camps in the Catskills and the Poconos doing art programs throughout July and August.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Last year I worked with kids in summer camps throughout the Catskills and am interested in doing so again in 2020. But last summer I did it by travelling back and forth from Mahwah, NJ (my Ma lived in Mahwah!) She has since sold her house and moved to Long Island. So this year, in order to do the same programs in the Catskills (and also in the Poconos), I'm interested in finding a place (or places) to stay in the Port Jervis area.

Music, Movies, and Books

I don't really listen to music on my own, but participate in latin dancing in Phhiladelphia and love that my job, working at weddings and big celebrations, usually involves my working while music's playing.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Drew over 1,000 portraits last summer and am hoping to do that many or more in the summer of 2020!
