Hi, my name is Steve. What do you want to know?

I'm just me. I grew up in Pennsylvania, did the air force for a few years, studied in Utah, and now I'm living in Arizona. I work as a wildlife biologist. I'd prefer to spend all my time with hawks and owls, but I hang out with rattlesnakes and bats, too. I'm always up for a hike in the mountains, but I'm also down for bar pretzels and an (extra) hoppy IPA. Really, I just like getting to know people and having some good laughs.

My friend has been nagging me to join couchsurfing for ages. And since I move around a bit for work, I'm hoping it'll be a good way to meet people in the area and/or traveling through. And, let's be honest... my friend is always right.
