About Me

Recently moved down here to Medellin, the City of Eternal Spring. Working online, learning Spanish, and getting decent at Salsa :) Looking to meet and connect with fun, bright, and inspiring people - let's connect!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love the community and the awesome people I've met through the couchsurfing scene. Would love to connect and get to know others on the road!

Favorite Couchsurfing Experience:
Met up with CSers for my first Thanksgiving abroad, spent on a rooftop in Kathmandu eating terrible turkey and gravy with a character actor and some Swedish poker players.

Interests

Friends, old and new ones. BBQs, cooking, food carts, swimming, hot springs, jokes, board games, balloon animals, bad juggling, bad dancing, good dancing, festivals, parades, themed parties, meditation, yoga.

Music, Movies, and Books

In college I took a class on Alfred Hitchcock, Woody Allen, and Stanley Kubrick. Woody wins, but the other two are favorites.

Music taste ranges from Beatles to awful and much of in between. I read things that make me want to travel and explore.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Jungle rave in the jungle near the base of a dormant volcano in Bali... tons of Russian expats showed up out of their minds and put on the most amazing party I've ever experienced: fire spinning, djs, and someone brought a baby. The last one was probably a bad idea...

Teach, Learn, Share

Love learning, sharing, practicing meditation, spiritual teachings, cooking (I have more to learn than teach), movies, and some great places to go out around town.

Countries I’ve Visited

Bahamas, Bolivia, Canada, Colombia, Czech Republic, Egypt, France, Indonesia, Israel, Italy, Japan, Laos, Nepal, Nicaragua, Peru, Poland, Singapore, Spain, Switzerland, Thailand, United Kingdom, Viet Nam

Countries I’ve Lived In

Colombia, Indonesia, Israel, Thailand, United States
