About Me
Hi there! I hope you're doing good!
I'm an enthusiastic and empathetic person who likes to connect with great human beings while discovering new parts and cultures of the world.
I like to live simply but thoroughly and love wholeheartedly. I find joy and happiness in the simplest of things and always do my best to live in the "now".
As a curious and autonomous person, it's ok for me if a host is busy or doesn't have the time to show me around. But it's definitely a plus if they can accompany me and share their best spots! As a host, I can also show the best parts around Quebec City.
As a guest, I always do my best to respect my host's lives and help around when needed. It's the least I can do to show gratitude towards what's being shared with me. As a host, I will make sure you have an inviting and safe place to sleep and rest. Respect is and will always be my priority.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I want to connect with other people and see what we can bring to each other. Sometimes, just a couple days with someone can teach you more on yourself than a year spent between 4 walls! To me, it's really inspiring and that's what I feel is the "soul" and purpose of couchsurfing.
Interests
I'm a professional musician, a meditation teacher and a NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) coach. These three things helped me to get deeper into myself and I love to share them with people if they want to.
I also love vegan cooking and be creative. Of course I won't impose my way of life on anyone. But if you're curious and want to eat yummy vegan foods, I'll be more than happy to share a dish or two with you! =)
City and monuments are okay, but it's truly around nature that I feel best. I love hiking, so if you happen to have that jaw-dropping landscape to show me, bring it on, I dig it! I can do the same as a host as well

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Completing one of the most beautiful and difficult hikes of Europe (called the GR20 ; 180km of length, 15km of positive ascent) while being 100% autonomous, vegan & gluten-free was definitely a high point in my life.
I've also developed a vegan whipped cream recipe, which is kinda amazing, I guess!
Teach, Learn, Share
If there's anything I can learn than can bring me a new perspective, make me discover something or help me experience myself and life in a new manner, I'll welcome it into my life.
