Hi,

My name is steve, I am currently living in Mexico with my wife. I like to travel and i've lived one year in New-zealand with a work holiday visa. I also lived 1 year in Norway, I was volunteer in NGO who collect the used clothes from norway to sell them in second hand shop. With the money collected they were making humanitarian project in Africa. I like to meet people an discover news countries. I am a busy person. I've got every time something to do. I don't like to get bored. I practice Hicking, bicycling, skiing actually i like every mountain sports.
With my wife we have opened an association name's humanwild.org and we have as a goal to make project to fight against the poverty and to protect the nature. Our first project have been done in Christmas. We have given food for approximately 120 persons in a very poor district in the city of Mazatlan in Mexico and also we have given new toys to 41 sick kids in the city of culiacan also in Mexico. I went to Madagascar during two months to do a volunteering project. I have learnt that anybody can do something good for others. And everybody can be part of the change.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am on Couchsurfing because i believe that is a good way to meet people and share the life of someone you don't know. It help me to discover new cultures , different lifestyles , and make new friends worldwide .

3 years ago I have done a projet. I went traveling in Europe by bus and hitchhiking from Lituania to France. I past through Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, slovania, Croatia, Austria Hungary ,Germany, Switzerland....

Interests

I really like to travel an discover new places, cultures and learn about different life style. Sometime I can be too curious. I like to walk into the wild looking at the wildlife.
I like to go to a bar and listening a concert or just drink a beer and talk about everything.

I was volunteer in some associations in France. To be an volunteer is something really different because there is no money and you are working to do something good for others. It is something very important for me.

I am also interesting about global warming, nature protection and human right. My dream is to work in school to educate people about nature protection.

I am quiet interesting about different kind of music but if I have to choose I will pick chill music.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I swam with dolphins in NZ. It was in the south island organized by an organisation who preserve the Hector's dolphin.

I rode an elephant in the north of Thailand close to Chang mai. It was also in an organisation who take back the elephants who are mistreated.

I've done a lot of beautifull trek in New-zealand and Norway.

I travel by CS in Europe during 6 weeks my best experience.

I worked 1 year in Norway collecting used clothes for an organisation who make humanitarian projects.

I made my own humanitarian project.

I taught French in Madagascar
