Hi,

I am Steven. Currently, I am studying Sports and English to become a teacher. I love lots of things but mostly sports, traveling, and getting to know new people from all around the world. I have been studying in the U.S for a year and that's when the travel nerves hit me. After I have finished University I will travel around Canada, Australia and New Zealand and hopefully make new friends. If you are ever staying at Freiburg, Germany, let me know and I will show you around.

Having me as a guest means having a funny (mostly sarcastic humour), outgoing and sociable guy around. I don't mind cooking and doing the dishes afterwards and cleaning up after myself is one of my strongest suits ;) I am pretty easy to handle, since I like all kinds of food, don't mind when it is a little loud during after hours (I sleep like a rock) and I generally enjoy hanging out with people and I am always interested in their stories.

I have heard about Couchsurfing from a friend who travelled through Canada and told me lots of good things about it. I like the idea of staying with locals who always know more about the place than you could ever read in a travel guide or on the internet. Right now I am in no position to offer a couch because I am living in a shared apartment. I would still love to meet up with people to show them around.

That's a hard one. I am listening to a lot of different music. I guess I can't listen to HipHop or Electro for too long. Everthing else is fine. Favorite books The Kingslayer Chronicles from Patrick Rothfuss. I don't have a favorite movie but I like watching movies a lot.
