Overview
About Me
Currently a design student, learning and practicing design as part of my journey.
I’m calm and thoughtful by nature, always ready to engage in meaningful conversations.
If nothing else, I’d love to be remembered as a good friend from across the globe.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
My primary reason is to meet new people and perhaps form lasting friendships with individuals from different cultures.
Couchsurfing is a platform where I hope to relate and connect with people in the most authentic way possible.
An ideal Couchsurfing experience would involve learning about the host's life, society, and unique perspectives, leaving both of us enriched with newfound understanding.
Interests
I prefer engaging in meaningful exploration—getting to know what truly defines a city or culture instead of just the tourist highlights.
My desire is to connect with locals and see life from their lens.
I enjoy having discussions and shared experiences that help bridge cultural gaps and deepen understanding.
Music, Movies, and Books
I appreciate thought-provoking content like documentaries, especially ones with historical themes.
I enjoy both engaging in discussions and sharing experiences through movies or books, depending on the moment.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Traveling independently taught me resilience. During trips to Vietnam with a friend and solo to Thailand, I faced internal challenges—wondering if I’d panic in an emergency or handle things calmly.
Lessons I learned:
1. I can figure things out, even when the odds seem against me.
2. Most people are kind and willing to help if you’re open to asking.
Teach, Learn, Share
I want to learn what makes a city unique—the experiences that locals enjoy and cherish.
I’m open to teaching or sharing anything about myself, my life, or my culture that sparks curiosity.
I value shared curiosity and enjoy mutual exploration of ideas and traditions.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I bring stories, skills, and insights tailored to your curiosity—whether it’s cultural exchanges or life experiences.
As an ambivert, I can adapt to any social situation, becoming lively over drinks or staying calm and reflective when needed.
I’d love to share what life is like in my slower-paced part of the world, giving you a glimpse into my cultural rhythm.
