I can teach you hatha yoga, pranayama, and Vipassana meditation at beginner levels. I also know a lot about Western philosophy, Hinduism and Buddhism. I would like to learn about permaculture, green living, ecology, alternative medicines, shamanism, and sustainability (as it relates to products, construction and design). I'm also interested in learning how to make my own jewelry and clothes.
