Travel differently by being imprinted with the culture

ABOUT ME

We are two French Canadians who began a journey of five months since January 18th, 2010. We began the journey in Egypt and shall go in Greece, Italy, France, Spain, Portugal and Morocco. We like discovering new horizons and sharing moments of giggle with people so open-minded having the sense of humor! We live simply in the intensity which offers the present moment! Moment of guaranteed pleasure!

PHILOSOPHY

One of the symptoms of the death of our dreams, it are our certainties. Because we do not want to look at the life as a great adventure to be lived, we begin to consider wise, just man and correct in little that we expect from the existence. We look beyond the bulwarks of our everyday life and we discover the noise of lances which break, the smell of the sweat and the dust and the glances thirsty for conquests. But we never conceive the enjoyment which is in the heart of the one who LIVES, because for him, neither the victory nor the defeat have importance, only account to lead the Good Fight on the route of its life...

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

We have no experience(experiment) of couchsurfing so far. Our current journey will be the opportunity(occasion) to be able to live this experience(experiment) and by the fact of welcoming the other travelers once on returning to Quebec!

Interests

At first our biggest center of interests are the journeys! Concerning Caroline: snowboard, volleyball, beach, food in good restaurants, camping, activities open air. Concerning Steven: the writing, the music, the theater, the cultural activities, camping, the food of good meals, the training, evening with friends, hiking, the drawing and the video assembly(editing). We are persons very active always loan to discover of new center of interest!!
