Go with the flow so the flow doesn't stop. I've been around music my entire life, so it's all I know. I can throw a frisbee pretty well, but I can't run very fast.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Right now, I am on the road full time, so I have only surfed. I've had great experiences, and met some incredible people, and I look forward to being able to host in the future.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Surfed a lot on the west coast of the US, and through Texas. Everyone that I've surfed with has been so kind and genuine.

I listen to all types of music at certain times. As a songwriter, I am greatly influenced by James Taylor, Dave Matthews, and Jackson Browne.

I listen to a lot of podcasts while traveling - Stuff You Missed in History Class, Bill Burr's Monday Morning Podcast, The Body Do Over Show, The Primal Blueprint, All Song's Considered

Movies - I watch them, and like them.

I have 2 darling nieces, and watching them grow up has been an amazing thing to witness.

I love teaching and talking about all aspects of music. Rhythm, Theory, Singing, and Strumming. I am very interested in learning from writers and journalists, poets, etc. I'm always trying to take my songwriting to the next level.
