I am extremely curious and driven and absolutely intent on exploring every inch of my interests. I grew up in central New York (not the city, the state) and moved out to Portland, OR to pursue my career as a chef. I love what I do and making the most of life with those around me.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm a newcomer to this project but I'm open to just about anything and everything. I'm in the process of leaving right now to go travel so I won't have a couch available until my return but I plan on giving back as long as I can surf some couches on my trip :)

Interests

I like ancient history, cooking, psychology, wine, beer and brewing, working in kitchens, frisbee, physics, coffee, getting lost outside, sleeping in late, keeping up on everything going on in this messed up world and most all I like food and making people happy with it.

Music, Movies, and Books

I'll listen and jam to just about anything. I like a lot of old rock and if you stole my ipod I'd probably be listening to some kind of collective of radiohead, modest mouse, led zeppelin, bob dylan and perhaps some Johnny Cash. I'll read almost anything I can get past the first page.
