For August/September 2023, I’m traveling with my girlfriend Grace in Copenhagen, Berlin, Munich, Salzburg/Austrian Alps and Vienna.

We love parks, coffee, pastries, cooking, indoor climbing, yoga.

Right now I’m exploring emotion, connection, new ways of relating to myself and to the people in my life. If you stay here, you might find me sitting and meditating, or at my men’s group, or maybe on a quick getaway in the Oakland redwood forest.
