My name is Stevie. I have been travelling on and off since I was 18 years old and find the simplicity of everything I own being on my back...an absolute joy. I have been to New Zealand, Malaysia, Sri Lanka, Singapore, Australia, Germany, Spain, Netherlands and now I'm in Germany for a short while. Life is fun.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Have had some great experiences Couchsurfing in New Zealand. Two really beautiful people helped me and my friend out. Henry and Carolyn. Henry from Lake Hawea and Carolyn from Christchurch. Both of them were so amazing and insisted we stay for longer...also two lovely experiences in Toronto and Sudbury, Canada.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: Jeff Buckley, Bob Dylan, Paul Simon, anything Alex Turner, Ben Howard, the Beatles, Zeppelin, John Mayer. Like everybody, though, my taste is eclectic.
Writers: Steinbeck. I like Non fiction, too. I'm going through a phase of reading a lot of newspapers and magazines at the moment.
Movies: Coen Brothers movies, Tarantino, Woody Allen.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Climbed to the top of Adam's Peak in Sri Lanka and watched the sunrise.
Taught English to Buddhist Monks in a monastary.
Lived on a Kiwi Beach for a few months.
Hitched around NZ with my buddy Sky...
Hitched across Canada...Toronto to Vancouver
