About Me

CURRENT MISSION

to get to South America!

ABOUT ME

I'm currently on a dizzy detour to South America (where I hope to meet my family).

Oh, descriptions...
I'm a student studying at a university near Seattle, WA. Trying to obtain a Bachelor's in Anthropology and Writing.
I once wrote the word "penguin" in an essay about Ancient Egyptians. I've been told that I look young for my age. Except I am young, but not too young, if you know what I mean. If asked if I am introvert or extrovert, I'll pretty much always say introvert, because I'm shy until I get to know some one. I love to laugh, and make people laugh.

Adventurous. I love spontaneity and randomosity and words that probably aren't real ones but I'll use them anyway. I'm really tolerant---and find joy in company of the same. I have few pet peeves, some which include eating french fries with hands, sleeping in socks, and narrow mindedness.

I'm fascinated by all walks of life, and I am an avid listener. My passion is People and Creativity.

I hope this description does me some justice---though I'm probably more interesting, and better spoken for in person :)

PHILOSOPHY

"Never take yourself or life too seriously" was some of the best advice I ever received.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Wonderfully invigorating & eye-opening so far! I haven't done enough. But I think there is also an art to being the perfect hostess, and I can't wait to do more of that either.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

When I was 7 and we were in Hawaii visiting family, my uncle found a small pufferfish on the sand that had been beached. He told my cousins and I to swim out and use our goggles to look underwater. He waded in with the small black beached little thing in his hands. He opened them and a moment later the pufferfish sprang to life and it swam away, past us, opening and closing its gills, disappearing into the hazy blue.
