Overview
About Me
I would describe myself as very open minded, positive, easy going and spontaneous. In general I am very curious about the world, life and the people I talk to.
Professionally I am in economics and data science, so happy to talk about rising inflation or the latest advances in AI as well 😁
Recently moved to London to study an MSc in Statistics.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
When I look back at my travels, I always remember most fondly the people I met. Hospitable people when I needed it the most. Learning about the culture from people I just met in a bar. Feeling inspired to look at life from a different perspective.
I hope that by hosting couch surfers, I can help people to not just visit but also experience local areas. I also hope that meeting people from different corners of the world can help relieve my constant itch to go travel, or perhaps just inspire me to venture out at the next-coming opportunity.
Interests
I tend to be drawn towards everything adventurous and adrenaline inducing. Also I really enjoy cooking and experimenting with food from cuisines all over the world 🌶️
I can talk about almost anything, I love learning new things through the people I meet. However I am especially excited when discussing differences in culture, current affairs, languages, travelling, politics, career, and even just how to be a functioning adult? 😂

Music, Movies, and Books
Music: Very broad taste, I enjoy most music genres and often look to discover new music. However, some favorites right now are Tame Impala, Air, Manu Chao and Gorillaz!
Movies: Everything that's either funny or thought-provoking.
Books: I’m in a non fiction book club and enjoy a broad range of books, but currently the most impactful is ‘How to change your mind’ by Michael Pollan.

Learn: I am always curious to learn about just about anything, it could be a new skill/handicraft or knowledge on a topic!
Share: Danish culture, listen to your stories with genuine curiosity, my positive outlook, maybe offering a new perspective on something you have been wondering about
What I Can Share with Hosts
Travel stories - like most people here ;)
I am also very respectful towards privacy and need for "alone time", and thereby really good at keeping myself entertained with a book or a stroll through the woods.
