ABOUT ME

The VERY short version:
I'm a 25 year old confectioner, who wants to move in with her boyfriend (my apartment is for sale if anyone's interested?!) - I work for a chain of semi-fancy restaurants in Copenhagen, making the basics ready for the different desserts plus developing new cakes and petit fours for our menu.

In my spare time I enjoy scuba diving, dancing, various creative home projects (knitting for example) and watching "old people's crime series" on TV (Midsomer Murders, A case of Frost etc.)

Though I can also be spontaneous, I enjoy a bit of structure in my life, so often I won't be up for last minute surfer-'dates'.
