ABOUT ME

I’m a medicine student and luckily, I’m about to finish! I am rather open-minded, always eager to learn something new, willing to find unforgettable experiences and not stop laughing.
I also love deep conversations, listening to music and sharing groups with others, talking about feelings, future, life, politics… all sorts of things, because exchanging experiences and thoughts is the best way to enrich one’s soul.
Just opened to anything that will make me a better person.

PHILOSOPHY

Right now, I would say that it is “whatever happens, keep on moving, solution is right there waiting for you”. I think all you have to do is let you go and don’t think too much about past or future situations, just concentrate on your next step, always doing what you want to and not being influenced by people or tendencies.
I don’t know how, but I always finish by having a pretty busy life.. However, I force myself to stop from time to time and enjoy the beauty around, because, in the end, is the only important thing: those little special moments. So, I could say that I live my life to collect memorable instants.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Because, when travelling, it is the icing on the cake! Couchsurfing has made my trips even more special, making me feel like home anywhere in the world.

Music, Movies, and Books

Movies: depends on the day… I can be happy with a Walt Disney’s film (they always make me smile!) but I also enjoy an independent movie that makes me stop and think a bit about the world’s problems or other people’s feelings. I adored Little Miss Sunshine, but also The Godfather, I centi passi, any film by Almodovar or Woody Allen, Isabel Coixet, Cohen brother’s…
I love having breakfast with some soul or jazz on… But there are also moments for a bit of dance or pop! However, I’m always ready for a bit of rock… never get tired of it! Unfortunately, I’m not really gifted for music, so don’t ask me to play an instrument or to sing if you don’t want all your dishes destroyed!
Books: all kind of books! Except for sci-fi….. Any book that will not leave me indifferent. I adore Haruki Murakami or Paul Auster. Also historical books… I think they are useful to understand the present.

I love cooking so I would like to exchange recipes!! Spanish omelette, croquetas, empanadas... And also I like languages, so that would be great to make a linguistic exchange..
