ABOUT ME

All about me ... how funny. Maybe the basic stuff first. I grew up in a very small town called Baumgarten in the very eastern part of Austria at the hungarian border. I finished business school and moved to Vienna where I live right now. I study Food Safety at the University Of Applied Life Science (BOKU). I work one day per week as a assistant for the development division of a beverage base producing company to earn some money for living. At the weekend I work as a paramedic for the ambulance organisation of the Red Cross. I love to help people and to handle difficult situations.

I love to meet people from all over the world. It doesn't matter if they come to chat while drinking coffee or stay for more then one week. It's always great to share diffrent cultures, emotions and opinions.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm quite new on this website but our flat in Vienna used to be a place where different people from different countries come together to share a good time.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I had some great time at different places in Austria. Most of the time I got hosted from people I met during my studies or friends of them. I spent some time in Germany as well and I think the whole community of CS is a great way to get around.

兴趣

I love photography. A lot of my freetime I spend on taking shots from whatever jumps in fornt of my lense. That's also a very important aspect of traveling for me. I try to experience with different kinds of pictures always working on emotion and feeling in my shots. I also love to make music. I share a flat with two other musicians and we spend a lot of time doing some nice stuff. I play the guitar - primary as a rhythm instrument - and cajón.

Every time you come to a new city or experience new countries it's some kind of difficult. Well, you can read some stuff in traverler guides and check some websites but the best thing to learn about other places is to get around with people who live there. If you don't care about other cultures, just book an all-inclusive MagicLife-Club and don't remember the country you've been, but if you want to get a little bit deeper it's necessary to get in contact with people from there.

So, what I can offer - beside the fact of a sleeping place - is some time. Time to show you around, time to show you some places you can't find in traveler guides and time to tell you some things about the places.

If you're interested in photography as well, I can show you some great spots to take nice shots.
