Grew up in a small town Southeast of China, I usually describe to my friends as "Augusta, Georgia but China version". Due to limited dining options, excellent home cooking was essential. Lucky for me, my family is full of foodies and outstanding cooks. They opened a noodle house in the same old neighborhood and still run it today. . .
After living in Shanghai (10 times more intense than Manhattan) for more than 8 years (college and work) then in Atlanta for 5 years, I've been experiencing big city eats, I can’t help but crave home-style dishes the most. Have you been suffering not getting what you want? Thus I started learning and experimenting with different recipes, friends here just love what I have created, now I think it's time for me to share the food joy with you.
