To live vicariously through travelers, since I am currently very involved with a job.

ABOUT ME

I recently graduated from Cal Poly in San Luis Obispo, and have just gotten a new job in the bay area. my couch has been regretfully out of commission for some time, due to my moving around. However, now that I will be more sedentary, I would love to show travelers around. After couch surfing through Europe during a 4 month stint whilst in college, I came to the conclude that hosting couch surfers is something that I will always do. Although, I am currently unable to travel, I would love to talk about experiences and the inevitable different perspectives.

PHILOSOPHY

When backpacking through the West Coast of Ireland, still on my newly acquired travel high, I asked an elderly woman whom I was staying with why the Irish seem to be so much nicer than Americans. She answered me, "because we have time"... that was all.
Let us slow down a bit and give ourselves a chance.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I started out my couch surfing experience primarily surfing. Now, I would like to regenerate my hosting-love, and continue the reciprocation.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

In the Summer of 2009 I Couch Surfed all over the European continent- the best thing I have ever done. It is amazing how much better the experience is, when traveling in a foreign place, after being intimately introduced to where one actually is. CS is and will always be my primary means of travel.

It seems the more I learn, the less I know. I am a student to the world, and love to study ideologies from every belief. If all sides of a belief are not met, heard, and completely understood, true knowledge will continuously be just out of reach. We all are a master of our own Universe and attain indefinite knowledge, so please, lets sit down and have a conversation.
