Hello! My name is Stormy and I'm a college student studying math and dance. I love being outside and going on mini adventures like to antique stores and to farmer's markets. I'm definitely a morning person and I always enjoy trying espresso from different cafés. I value the opportunity to meet new people and gain experiences that can enrich me as a person. I'd love to see the world and create memories that I will cherish for the rest of my life.

Interests

As I mentioned above, I love math and hope to become a high school calculus teacher. Also, I've recently found a passion in dance, specifically ballet. I enjoy history and listening to other people's stories or advice on life. I love coffee and reading and pretty much anything an old lady would enjoy :). Playing sports like volleyball and ultimate frisbee bring me happiness.

Music: indy rock, alternative, and classical music... my favorite band is the Airborne Toxic Event

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I jumped out of my raft and floated through the rapids of a river while white water rafting... I've done plenty of amazing things but I find this to be most significant to the type of person I'd like to become.

Teach, Learn, Share

I carry around an idea book that I use to write down inspirations as an artist, new things I've discovered about myself, and quotes that I find have value or relevance to my life at that time. I recommend that others try something similar.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Other than my outgoing personality and unmeasurable appreciation, I'd like to share a piece of home with my host in the form of a souvenir from my visit or at least, a bottle of wine :)
