Hi all !

It looks like i'm new here but i'm not ! :) i used to "couchsurf" a lot when it was free... And now i'm back :) I miss that way of traveling, meeting people and just that way of seeing the world as a big sharing thing.

So, my main project for now is to go to New York in september. I'm not used to big cities like that, and i've never been tu the US, but actually the project is quite personal and i have something important to do there in my early 30's. (nothing weird ahah, but i prefer to talk about it with the people i will meet, not to everyone who can read this) During that trip i would be very happy to meet some people from New York, maybe look for hosts too (in fact i am planning to travel with the minimum amount of money, even if it's not the main reason why i'm here), maybe help you in your projects, or whatever life can bring. I love to travel without plans, but it's also very important to me to follow the feeling and rules of anybody i would meet, as much as mines :)

For a short description i am actually a carpenter (but in a period in which i don't work) and an amateur musician, and i live in the countryside next to a big city (Nantes) in France =) I speak french obviously, i hope i am not that bad to write and almost understand everything while reading in english, but i got a lack of practice in oral so i guess in the firsts days it would be hard for me (maybe my firsts jokes won't be really funny, hope you'll forgive me ahah)

Also i can host almost everytime during the year in my house. It's very close to Nantes with a train station nearby. I live with 6 other housemates (all of them in their 30's, a lot of musicians) in a big house with a big garden, a lovely place to host you (let's say for 4 people max). We allaways have an available room so you got some intimacy. Write me if you're interested =)

To Host and for my first trip to the USA, which i can describe here :
Hi all,

I am goin to New York in september, alone, making an important trip for me. My plan is to do some personnal projects i have in mind since i am a child, and also to meet people from there, to share moments, ideas, jokes, in a simple way ;) I will also may be interested in being hosted (although the first part of my trip i'm in a dorm, after i opened the various possibilities), but it's not the main goal of my message here :) It's also an important jump for me to speak english, because although i write it quite a lot every day, i don't speak it oftenly ! My accent ain't that bad, don't panic, but i'll have to practice a bit before being really fluent. I plan to travel with the minimum amount of money, but i don't plan to depend on people or to be a weight. So the first objective is : meeting you ! Btw i would love to see the alternative New York, i mean i'm not very into touristic things but more "people culture" or undergrounds ones. I have things "to do" in New York but after that i'm opened to travel elsewhere, depending on what life can bring (ohh i hate this sentence but it's quite true ^^).

I don't know how it works here, but contact me if you're interested, even just to chat or sharing stories, tips etc. If you plan to go to France, i have a big house with cool housemates where i can host you =) Also, i feel like it's important to say, i'm not using this website to seduce anybody. It's a simple thing but it still is important to say it, i guess :)
