Chi sono

CURRENT MISSION

To become the superman I know I am and then relax on a beach, improving my tan.

ABOUT ME

Hi! My name is Jimmy Jonsson and I'm 23 years old. I've got two brothers, one older and one twinbrother.
After graduating from highschool I went to the south-easterns parts of Asia, where all swedes go =). I visited Thailand, Malaysia, Bali and Singapore. I really loved that trip allthough sometimes it was tough. We went on hikes to small lakes inside of montains (were, by the way, I thought I was gonna die =)) ,drove around bali by scooter (and bali is soooo much more than just surfing... goddamn its beutiful!) , took my diverslicense (probably the best thing I have ever done) and met people I still keep contact with, friends for life.
You can read about my interests below so I wont write so much about them now.
I've also been travelling be train (interrail) before together with two of my pals from sweden. I loved that trip, it was more relaxed than the thailand-trip. My favourite city during that trip was Krakow in Poland. I've never experienced a city that wonderful, and I simply cant put my finger on what it was! I just felt so relaxed and at ease while I was there. Other cities we visited was Rome, Barcelona, Prague, Berlin, Venice and Amsterdam. It was the ride of my life, so far.
My plan is to go out on a second interrail-trip, roughly from marseille to cluj (romaina) where my brother lives.

PHILOSOPHY

Don't be afraid to fail, everybody does and it the best way of learning. Be kind and open to people you meet and be kind and conciderate to yourself. Love yourself before you can love anybody else. Don't take yourself too seriously.

Musica, film e libri

Unfortinately I dont read that much as I want* to (*read: too restless to read ) but I have got some favourites: The pianist (the one about the jew in the warsaw-gettho), the harry potter-series (I'm not ashamed to say I fu***ing love those books!), "den som vässar vargars tänder" (rough translation: the one who's sharpening the teeths of the wolf), men who hates women.

Favouritemovie: Apocalypse Now, the crow, american beuty, nacho libre, amelie from mont matre, donnie darko, "barnhemmet", (thats the swedish name for it but its a spanish film. Its new and by the way the first movie I cried to ), eternal sunshine of a spotless mind, tutsi...
Music I listen to (always hard to write it short):
queens of the stone age, radiohead, soundtrack of our lives, swollen members, mastodon, band of horses, white stripes, whyte seeds, nine inch nails, dipper...
I always end up thinking about guns n roses and marilyn manson but it was ages since I listened to them =)... kanye west, gogol bordello, slashs snakepit, hamell on trial, jamie cullum... cant come up with any more so I'll come back to that later.

Favourite song: (depends on the mood and the time of the year)
exit music-radiohead (sad song)
misfit love-queens of the stone age
mother one track-soundtrack of our lives
twenty something-jamie cullum
drunken lullabies-flogging molly
the message-whyte seeds
nice dream-radiohead
angel-sarah maclachlan (sad sad sad song)

Una cosa incredibile che ho fatto

Diving in Thailand, totaly amazing. I want to say that I have been parachuting and bungee-jumping but I havent done those things so I'll leave them out.

Traveling around Europe with two of my best pals and partying and chilling, taking every day as it comes. Especially on night in Krakow when we were so tired after the previous night (went out with some local girls to a party in some crappy basement-like store-house on the second floor where they only played Spice girls... HAHAHAHAHAHA, that night was terriffic! ) so we had already decided not to go out that night (we were almost falling asleep by the bar/restaurant). Suprice! That night ended up being the craziest on the whole trip! We danced all night long and met the greatest people ever on the club and ended up partied until 9 am . Then we went back to our hostels and slept for 2 hours before our train departed to Prague. That night was crazy!

Experienceing the independence day (or what I should call it) in Malaysia (spend one week alone in Kuala Lumpur) and meeting two of the greatest guys in the world in an indian bar where I got the sheepest drunk I've ever had (these guys payed every beer that night until I was f****ng wasted). Then we hooked up the next day and partied until 7 in the morning... totaly amazing guys, love them. I will remember those two guys and those two night for the rest of my life.
And the fireworks that night was amazing!
I'll always remember that!

When we hiked to a small lake in the middle of the mountain on railey beach. I seriously thought I was gonna die! We had to climb down cliffs sharp as hell with the help of ropes, muddy and slippery as hell only wearing my flip-flops. It didn't comfort us when we heard that a netherland guy had died there just a week before that when he falled down those cliffs.
But we made it (in the beginning I wasnt sure I could do it) all the way to the lake and it was worth all the effort! We swimmed to the other side of the lake and builded small clay-figures (the clay around the lake was perfect for sculpturing) on a podium on the other side of the lake (if you see a sculptre of a climber climbing up the podium with a rope attatched to him you know who did that one, right? ;))
Then we headed back, muddy as hell, but we made it!
what a rush to succeed with something you doubted you could do!
My friend ended up with severe diarea which the doctor suspected was caused by some kind of parasite from that lake (theres no new water comming into that lake so the bacteria in never washed away) after he, accidentaly, swollowed some water. To be honest I also ended up with diarea at the same time and severe (adn when I meen severe it was f****ng severe) stomach-ache but I suspect it came from a bad cooked "something" (looked like a turkey) I ate that night. goddamn, my gases were from hell and a friend of mine almost didn't get the girl he wanted that night because of them. hahahahahaha!!!

Play Drums. I can teach you how to play drums. I've been playing drums since I was a 14 years old but I should have been better at it if I had ever owned my own drum-set. But thats a thing I know for sure, drumming.
I love music and I'm very dedicated about it. Thats why things I listen to always gets stuck in my brain. I can say that I know a big deal about music so if theres something you want to ask, then there might be a chance I know the answer.
