Promoter of the Free Software movement since 1,998 and developer since 2,000, Stuardo Rodríguez has developed all kind of PHP-based web systems, from content management systems, blogs, e-commerce, to full transactional custom made systems.

In his career totally focused on web system development he has successfully accumulated a vast experience in the required web technologies such as JavaScript, SQL, PHP, HTML, CSS, server management, load balancing, high performance email services. agile development methodologies, design patterns, unit testing and continuous integration.

Parallel, Stuardo Rodriguez founded the PHP User Group in Guatemala, looking at the underlying problem of lack of programmers with solid knowledge of scalable developing, with the intention of sharing his knowledge with anyone interested in learning. With his record of social participation, activities in user groups and born leader, he was invited to talk in different conventions and expos in different countries.

Stuardo Rodríguez has worked for different companies in USA, México and Guatemala, leading big web development teams, with DBAs, php developers, web designers, and QA testers. He now telecommutes from Guatemala for companies in USA, México, Spain, Netherlands, and others.
