About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To meet new people and build bridges

ABOUT ME

I'm a 20 year old living in Chattanooga Tennessee. I'm an ambivert, craving alone time for processing the outside world around me while also yearning for social interaction and new experiences to keep my mind sharp!

I am an open minded person with a very passionate drive for expanding my mind even further. I am extremely empathetic, which makes me try and help others before myself. I have an obsession with cats and nature. I'm currently majoring in journalism, with a minor in political science.

I believe there is a natural explanation to all things in the universe, and that all "supernatural" events have an unknown natural origin which can be discovered through deduction and reason. I can be aimless, because of my ambitious drive to do everything I possibly can with my life. If I'm wasting time, I feel anxiety ridden.

I'm a very open person with little to no modesty. I can talk for hours if I'm comfortable with you. I wish I lived in the 60's, so I'm doing my best to bring the 60's here. Psychedelia ridden. 'nuff said.

I'm an adventurous person, with a natural ambition that becomes borderline ADHD. I try not to take life too seriously. The majority of the time I'm in my own head, which gives off the impression of being shy, when in reality, that couldn't be further from the truth! I love meeting new people, and am very contemplative and analytic. I listen intently and attempt to give people the time they deserve.

PHILOSOPHY

ॐ Be excellent to one another. Life without compassion is meaningless. Expand your mind and your heart. ॐ

"This is my simple religion. There is no need for temples; no need for complicated philosophy. Our own brain, our own heart is our temple; the philosophy is kindness."

Music, Movies, and Books

I love reading and I always have! My favourite book is The Road. I've read more books in my lifetime than I care to type out, however, some of my favourite authors include Palahniuk, Vonnegut, Faulkner, Twain, Poe, Hemingway, Orwell, Gaiman, Bradbury, Huxley, Kesey, Tolkien, R. R. Martin, Mckenna, Thompson, Leary, Hoffman, Tolle, and Dass.

Music and movies are my oxygen. My favorite kind of music makes me want to dance. Whether at a music festival jamming with some heady kids or bouncing up and down to some EDM, if it has me moving, it has my attention. I'm a bit of a cinephile, so it's truly hard to pinpoint it exactly, but my favourite director is probably Darren Aronofsky. If you come stay on my couch, we will be discussing movies and music in great detail.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

-Hiking 18 miles up and back down lookout mountain
-Fallen truly, deeply in love
-Walked 3 miles with wet shoes in the snow
-Wrote a 35 page short story/book.
-Went to Washington DC to talk politics with my senator

Teach, Learn, Share

Come to chattanooga and learn how to experience nature in a new way! We'll hike some trails, go camping and experience life. I would love to learn to be more self sufficient.
