About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Why then the world's mine oyster...and I will go out and discover every single bit of it.
ABOUT ME
Hey y'all!
I am 26 years old, an English teacher, love traveling, can't stay at one place for too long but I am always happy to come back and see what has changed and what is still the same. During my time abroad I was lucky to get to know a lot of great people, and those encounters made my trips so very special.
I always use my summer holidays for traveling around the world; spent four times 3 months either in Ireland and in the US, visited a few nice cities in Europe so far and now I am already planning my next trip to....?
PHILOSOPHY
Sleep is not essential. You will always be able to sleep afterwards, but you will ever be sorry when you missed the chance in getting to know the world during the time of your life!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I have been couchsurfing when I was in the States and Ireland, got to know some really nice people. Also, at many times, I am traveling with my great friend Catherine, and we have been hosted in quite a few cities that we visited: Galway, Edinburgh, York,...
Being back home I have hosted and met a few people for drinks, not many yet but surely, it can only get better, right? :)

Interests
I love reading books, especially while travelling on trains and planes :) I also like to take long walks and meeting friends to have a nice talk or an evening in the cinema or a pub with them...
There's a lot more to be added, if you'd like to know, well how about you ask me in person?! It's much nicer to talk to people than read about them :)

Music, Movies, and Books
Music: Florence and the Machines, Ben Folds, Regina Spektor, Fleet Foxes, Alexi Murdoch, The Civil Wars, Imagine Dragons, Lykke Li, Of Monsters and Men, The Tallest Man on Earth, The Script, The Beatles, The Rescues, Joshua Radin, Hanson, Heathers, John Mayer, The Cinematic Orchestra, Adele, Kate Nash, Coldplay,...and a million more! Love, love, love music! :)I terribly missed my awesome concert buddy Theresa on my year abroad and we constantly sent each other musical updates to cheer each other up. In the end, Theresa had made the effort of putting together an awesome playlist with all the songs included that we had shared with each other in the past. Check it out here: http://8tracks.com/resl/1-year-of-musical-awesomenss
Movies: I enjoy all kind of movies, especially non-mainstream ones with surprise endings...what I love most is watching series: New Girl, Grey's Anatomy, The Good Wife, Miranda, Dexter, Revenge, Father Ted...you see, I've got a tight schedule! :DBooks: I simply LOVE reading! Nothing's more relaxing than spending hours reading a book on a comfy couch with a cuppa and nice background music...here's a link to my online bookshelf: http://www.goodreads.com/review/list/6886680?shelf=%23ALL%23
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Swam in the Colorado River and crossed it, kayaked in the Hudson River, climbed up the holiest mountain in Ireland 'Croagh Patrick'- I hold the record for being the slowest person ever going up there!
